Online Porn Games does not host the underlying media files of the content indexed on this website; links and embeds point to third party sources. Where content is found to be infringing, we will disable access to the material in question and, where appropriate, refer the complaint to the third party host.

Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you are a copyright owner, or authorized to act on behalf of one, and you believe that material available on Online Porn Games infringes your copyright, you may submit a written notification to our designated agent. Your notice must include substantially the following:

1. A physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, with information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (for example, the full URL of the page on this website).
4. Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as your name, address, telephone number and email address.
5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be subject to liability for damages.

Designated Copyright Agent

Counter-Notification

If you believe that material you posted or submitted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send a written counter-notification to our designated agent containing substantially the following:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
4. Your name, address and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in the district where your address is located (or, if your address is outside the United States, any judicial district in which the service provider may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification.

If we receive a valid counter-notification, we may restore the removed material unless the original complaining party files an action seeking a court order against the responsible party within ten business days of our receipt of the counter-notification.

Repeat Infringer Policy

It is the policy of Online Porn Games to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts or access of users who are determined to be repeat infringers. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to remove or disable access to any content alleged to be infringing and to take any other action we deem appropriate.
